Bev Facey Community High School in Sherwood Park, AB is part of Elk Island Public Schools and is a large high school providing approximately 1100 students with a wide diversity of programming. The school has an automotive facility, carpentry classroom, a functional greenhouse, and traditional classroom spaces.
In 2017, Clark Engineering was retained to provide evaluation and design services for the replacement of failing dual-duct heating and ventilation systems serving the High School. Clark Engineering was to review the system and develop a plan to replace the failing heating and ventilation systems. Findings:

Phase 1 of the mechanical system retrofit was completed in 2019 with Phase 2 to occur in 2020 and Phase 3 in 2021.
